Terms and conditions

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Dinnerhere, you accept these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Service description

Dinnerhere lets you create digital menus for your venue, organize them into categories and items with name, description, photo, price and availability, publish them via a public link and permanent, printable QR codes you can relink to different menus, and collaborate with your team members.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity carried out through your account. Let us know immediately about any unauthorized use you become aware of.

Acceptable use

By using Dinnerhere you agree to:

  • Not upload or display illegal, defamatory content or content that infringes others' rights.
  • Only upload content (text, photos) you have the necessary rights to.
  • Not use the service in a way that compromises its stability or security.
  • Not attempt to circumvent your plan's limits or the account's security measures.

Plans and billing

Dinnerhere offers several paid plans with increasing features; up-to-date terms are always available on the pricing page. A plan change applies as indicated at the time of the change.

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. When the trial ends, unless a plan is activated, content is kept but read-only, and public links and QR codes stop showing menus and locations until activation.

Content ownership

You remain the owner of all content you upload (text, prices, photos). We host it solely to provide the service (showing it in your menus and on public links) and claim no ownership over it.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. When an account is closed, its associated content is removed as described in the privacy policy.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we're not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of the page always reflects the most recent version; continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
